Asian Yummy

My wife and I were in the shopping center and saw Asian Yummy from a distance and decided to give it a try for lunch. We are so glad we did. The atmosphere was warm; we had the whole place to ourselves. 80's music and videos were playing on the big TV, made the moment fun for my wife and me. Our server was so kind and pleasant, genuine. We ordered the hibachi chicken with white rice and a cup of egg drop soup, both fresh and delicious. we then ordered two sushi rolls, which also were cold and fresh. I was very pleased by two homemade condiments, the Wasabi and the Asian red chili flake paste, which was on the table. The wasabi was flavorful and so much milder than the garden variety. I enjoyed it like I never have before. The Chili Flake paste was also full of flavor. I mixed this within the white rice., yummy! The ladies were so kind, they sent me home with three small containers of this paste. Needless to say, we have found a new sushi dinner. A real hidden gem!

I did a pick up order Service was good and quick and the food is good. I got chicken ramen and a California roll with a hot green tea. The ramen dish is a very good size (it’s an hour later and I’m still working on it!) they put the broth in the bottom and seperated the ingredients on top so you can add it in yourself. Sushi is good and green tea is good. The restaurant itself looked very clean and modern.

Fantastic food! My husband and I went on a night it was pouring rain and we were the only guests in there. The food was amazing, the service was wonderful, and it was so clean. We had the ramen and the sweet and sour chicken, and lots of sushi/ sashimi. We can’t wait to go back!

The food and service was great ! my daughter and i had stir fried shrimp , fried rice special , and the dragon roll sushi ,everything was so exquisite I would most definitely recommend to everyone who loves sushi & or Asian cuisine !

Absolutely Delicious! Tried Asian Yummy for the first time yesterday and was blown away! The General Tso’s Chicken was the best I’ve had in the area—crispy, flavorful, and not too spicy, just the perfect balance. The chicken fried rice tasted incredibly authentic, definitely the best I’ve had in Knoxville. Can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu. This place is a hidden gem, and I’ll be telling everyone about it!

My DH and I had lunch at Asian Yummy today. It was a great experience. The egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, pan-fried dumplings and fried noodles with chicken all were just delicious. Jin and Ben have created a friendly, open space -- not fancy, but comfortable. We wanted Chinese food, but they also offer Pho, sushi and a variety of "pan-Asian" appetizers. Loved it and will return!

Super nice folks. Every app is great. The pho is very good as is the ramen. All well above average for Knoxville. But always smiling faces and accommodating. 100% worth a stop.

Great new place, opened a week ago- not the same one on Yelp. Tried a little bit of everything: general tso, kani salad, spring rolls, Alaska roll, crab rangoons General Tso was crunchy, sushi was great, the dumplings were great . Everything tasted fresh, will definitely come back soon to try more
